  1. Workmate Staffing Solutions is an Australian-based remote staffing company headquartered in Brisbane, QLD. We connect Australian businesses with trained, supervised remote admin staff based in Kochi, India. Everything is managed locally by our Australian team.

  2. You do, day-to-day — but we handle everything else. Our Brisbane-based account manager is your single point of contact. The staff member's performance, training and HR is managed by our delivery partner in Kochi.

  3. We guarantee a replacement within 14 days. If your staff member is not performing to your expectations, simply let your account manager know and we will find a replacement at no extra cost.

  4. No. Your staff member is not your employee — they are employed by our delivery partner in Kochi, India. You simply pay the flat monthly fee. No super, no leave, no payroll tax, no WorkCover.

  5. Your workmate works during Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) business hours — 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday — so they are available when you need them.

  6. Our staff are trained in all major Australian business tools including Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Freshdesk, and more.

  7. Most clients are up and running within 5–10 business days. The Full-Time plan includes priority onboarding within 48 hours of signing.

  8. No. All plans are month-to-month. If you need to cancel, simply give us 30 days written notice. No exit fees, no penalties.

  9. Yes. All staff sign comprehensive NDAs covering your business and client data. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988, including the requirements for offshore data processing. Your data is never shared with any third party.

  10. Absolutely. Many of our clients start with one workmate and scale up as their business grows. Contact us to discuss a multi-staff arrangement.

  11. Our core focus is admin, payroll, bookkeeping, and back-office support. We do offer social media admin and marketing support as part of our service. For dedicated IT or creative roles, contact us to discuss your specific needs.

  12. Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment is accepted by bank transfer or credit card. GST applies.
